Stanbic revamps Executive Banking with new offerings

Stanbic Bank, a tier-one bank with financial offerings covering the full stretch of banking services, has introduced new product packages for its Executive Banking clients.

The new package include an educational plan, a hospital cash cover and a retrenchment cover meant to enhance the lifestyles of the clients in what has been a challenging environment in the last few years.  Additionally, these new packages will serve as a buffer for Executive Banking clients who already enjoy premium services from the award-wining bank.

With the Eduplan, parents will be able to provide uninterrupted quality education for their wards to the highest level. The hospital cash cover supports clients, in case they are hospitalised after an accident. The Bank is also offering a retrenchment cover, which will be paid in three instalments for three months in the instance that an Executive Banking customer loses his or her job.

The launch of the Executive Banking products took place at a ceremony on March 22 at Stanbic Heights, the plush and imposing headquarters of Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited in Accra.

Nana Dwemoh Benneh, Head, Personal and Business Banking, Stanbic Bank, said the bank, whose tagline is “Moving Forward” is always looking for dynamic ways adding value to their clients lives.

“This is yet another opportunity to prove to our customers our responsiveness to their needs,” he said. “As a bank, we believe a real banking experience goes beyond just deposits and withdrawals; for us, it is about enriching lives – taking to heart the customer’s comfort and giving back to them what is just right for the betterment of their lives, and Stanbic Bank is committed to doing just that.”

Adwoa Commey, Manager for the Executive Banking Unit emphasised on this point when she said “Our clients are key to our business. We go the extra mile each day to ensure that they get the best from this relationship.  This revised proposition seeks to add great value to the life of our clients; real game changers in challenging times.”

Aside from these new propositions, Stanbic has also revamped some of the already existing Executive Banking offerings. The travel insurance, for instance, and there are more attractive packages with regards to the salary overdraft, transactional and savings products, Comprehensive Home Loan Solutions and Vehicle and Asset Financing

The new Executive Banking package offers a myriad of cashless payment options through the bank’s Gold VISA Card and other payment platforms such as the internet banking platform, Slydepay, E-ZWICH and Mobile Money. Customers will also be able to make withdrawals from Stanbic Bank ATMs at no charge. It also comes with special lifestyle privileges and discounts such as access to higher limits on Unsecured Personal Loans, membership recognition through invitations to special Stanbic sponsored events.

Stanbic Bank has over the years reiterated its proactivity by coming up with products that offer unrivalled banking solutions to its customers. Such products and offerings in the past include the multi-currency money wallet, and unsecured personal loans.
