Ghana Land & Property Conference & Exhibition (GLAPCE) 2017

The Ghana Land & Property Conference & Exhibition (GLAPCE) 2017 is being designed as an annual forum where arising issues from land and property acquisitions are identified and discussed with the sole aim of finding practical solutions to ameliorating all related difficulties or challenges. Making it an annual affair ensures that arising problems do not linger to become a norm and that monitoring adherence to best practices becomes a standard practice.

Theme: Improving Land Administration for Wealth Creation: The Role of Policy and Traditional Authorities

Date:     Wednesday & Thursday, 29th – 30th November,  2017

Venue: Coconut Grove Regency Hotel, North Ridge-Accra

Time:     8.00am – 6.00pm (Networking & Cocktail – 8pm)

Resolutions shall emerge from each conference annually and a monitoring committee shall be set up to liaise with relevant government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) and parliament to see that policy propositions from each forum is considered and executed as proposed.

The Conference format shall be of a multi-panel conference divided into relevant topical sessions and shall produce a report of the propositions of the conference which shall be presented to the government and the relevant parliamentary committee at a formal occasion to underscore its seriousness, with the following proposed media in attendance:
